「続きを読む」直下の見出しのスタイルが消える

細かいことなのですが、追記の一番最初の行に見出しを書いてh3でマークアップした時に、背景のスタイルが消えるんです。h2の場合は大丈夫なのですが。

すごくわかりにくいけど、背景のグレーが消えています。不思議現象。
